FRI Return and Policies

As a small, woman owned business, I am continually designing and creating new pieces that I will upload to my website and show on my Instagram (@frihandmade.us). I create all my jewelry by hand and in small quantities. I take custom orders as well as making from existing designs.

 

Production and Shipping Time

Because I am a small business, consisting of just me, production and order times can vary.
Ready to ship pieces will ship within 5-8 business days from the date of payment. 

Most of my jewelry is made to order, and can take 3-6 weeks for fabrication and shipment from the date of payment. Please reach out if you have any concerns about the timeline. 

Once the order is complete, it is be shipped out via USPS method of your choosing.

You will receive a confirmation email when you place your order and when your item is shipped.  

 

Return Policy

Given the nature of my jewelry and everything being made by hand, all sales are final. Once an order is submitted, you have agreed to the purchase of the item.
I do encourage you to reach out if you have any concerns with the items upon receiving the items and I will do what I can to work with you to ensure that you are happy with your purchase!
Return shipping fees is paid by customer, unless otherwise agreed upon.

 

Jewelry Care and Repair

The best way to clean your jewelry is with clear, unscented dish soap and a soft toothbrush. 

Always treat jewelry with care and especially stones, and keep that in mind when during various activities. 

If your items requires repair or arrives in unsatisfactory condition please do not hesitate to email me at frihandmade@outlook.com. Items which need repair within 60 days of purchase will not incur a repair fee. After this window, there will be a fee depending on materials and the extent of the repair.
